When you order online you may pay with: Credit card (Visa, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard), PayPal™ or check/money order.

Most PaceMaster machines are not available through retail stores. We do have several resources to assist you in your research:

  • Training and Product videos showing the PaceMaster equipment in use and product features
  • Contact our PaceMaster Coaches to discuss the best training tools for you or any questions you may have

Also, keep in mind that if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price (excluding return shipping and handling). See return policy.

Are you wondering how easy is it to assemble a PaceMaster product? Most people are able to assemble their products with the assistance of the assembly steps with the User Manual. We also have supplemental assembly and unboxing videos on YouTube. Feel free to take a look at the online User Manual to make sure assembly is something you would be comfortable with.

Does PaceMaster have a money back guarantee?

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depends on several things: the type of order, ship to location, shipping speed. During the checkout process you will see an accurate shipping cost before you submit payment for your order.

PaceMaster products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards. We want you completely satisfied. Our Product Warranties reflect this commitment. You can find your product's warranty in the product's User Manual and on our the Product Registration and Product Warranty page.

For expert and prompt service with ordering replacement parts or technical support for current PaceMaster products, please contact our Authorized Service Provider. Be prepared to provide the following information:

  • the model number and serial number of the product
  • the name of the product
  • the key number and description of the replacement part(s) (see the PART LIST and the EXPLODED DRAWING in your User Manual)

While legacy PaceMaster products and parts are no longer available (NLA) from PaceMaster, our Authorized Service Provider may be able to provide you with parts and technical support.
