Designs, develops, and tests all electronics inmultiple types of exercise equipment. Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design product components such as PCBs, firmware, motor controls, etc. Will use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform development tasks. May be involved in fabrication, operation, installation, and/or repair of products. Familiar with a variety of the industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Collaborate with product management and industrial design to define and implement innovative solutions for product features, durability, and customer experience.
  • Interact with multiple departments and roles to implement well designed, quality, cost effective products.
  • Create CAD models, drawings, and files to effectively communicate designs for development and production.
  • Write firmware to interface with U.I. modules and control operation of products.
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and management.
  • Manage outside resources to implement product development samples.
  • Fabricate and assemble product samples.
  • Travel to overseas production facilities to supervise manufacturers' efforts.
  • Write testing standards/procedures for vendor development and manufacturing.
  • Track and control product development and production costs. Research cost of production materials and labor to produce product.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
  • Ensure designs meet certification testing requirements.
  • Coordinate product certification testing.

We are looking for a driven Marketing Communication Manager who will be responsible for implementing, managing and analyzing the Marketing Communications strategies for our organization.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Implements and manages strategic marketing communication plans.
  • Responsible for executing or overseeing all aspects of marketing communication including multiple websites, on- and off-line advertising/promotions, events, and public relations management.
  • Ensures that the organization’s communications strategy follows and achieves outlined marketing objectives. Assesses performance and reports on generated revenues and results.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met.
  • Vetting, establishing, and managing successful vendor relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; must be highly efficient at managing many projects.
  • 3-6 years of experience managing websites and/or other marketing channels.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or additional hands-on experience within communications and e-commerce marketing.
  • Up-to-date understanding of online marketing channels including ecommerce and online retailers, email marketing, advertising, and social media marketing. Website development experience a plus.

We are looking for a driven Customer Experience Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing an outstanding customer experience program that provides internal feedback as well as excellent experiences to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Attends internal and external product and service trainings to learn and improve personal and team processes. Instructs and informs staff about products and policies.
  • Develops and implements clearly organized customer service policies, product training materials, and selling and communication guidelines based on-hands experience with products and knowledge of industry best-practices.
  • Manages incoming customer service systems (e.g. phone, email, chat). Manages necessary platforms and vendors.
  • Implements and manages customer retention activities.
  • Takes in customer satisfaction information and reports customer product, service, and process feedback to the Executive Team.
  • Responsible for leading the Customer Service Team: manages day-to-day scheduling and performance assessment.
  • Manages daily, weekly, and monthly tracking and reporting on customer experience goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to learn from others and interest in growing and training an expert Customer Service Team.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; must be highly efficient at managing many projects.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience. Experience providing customer service for technical equipment similar to our fitness products.
  • Experience developing effective customer experiences, managing customer service teams, and reporting and improving results.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of professional experience.

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
  • Manage internal and outside resources to implement development of UI software to provide to engineering team.
  • Execute all visual design stages.
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design challenges.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven UI experience.
  • Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems creativity and effectively.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • BS/BFA/MA in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design or related.
